Minimum Beacon Score of 650
A credit Beacon score of 650 or higher demonstrates financial readiness for the program.
Proof of Income & Employment
Stable, verifiable income and current employment are required to ensure sustainable participation.
U.S. Citizen
Will be available in 2027 in the Pilot Region States (FL, GA, TX).
One Active AttainableAbode Only
Participants may hold only one active AttainableAbode in their name at any given time.
